All natural Yeast and Plant-based lactobacillus are added to Taiwanese Organic Japonic rice and North America non-GMO organic soybeans and brewed at low temperature for an extended period of time (60 days). This process allows that rice and soybeans to fully dissociate and dissolve into the mixture. No need for any artifical additives. The resulting product has a smooth, subtle texture and a mellow, natural flavour and aroma.
